We translated the brand’s "insatiable curiosity" into a high-end visual reality. Our team developed a cohesive brand identity centered around a vibrant, artistic color palette and dynamic graphic compositions. By blending stylized typography with custom character design, we personified the product's "magic" and rare essence. From the initial concept to the final premium brand experience, we crafted a visual language that speaks directly to the modern explorer.

About

The Curious Lime grows and distributes Mexican citrus caviar, a rare, shimmering gem of the culinary world. They believe the world has enough average fruit; what it needs is bold, bright, and unforgettable flavor. Founded in 2025, their mission is clear: to cultivate, source, and share the most extraordinary exotic fruits we can find. They do this because chefs, mixologists, and home cooks deserve ingredients that spark curiosity and elevate every dish into an experience.

Visual Narrative

The brand emerged from an insatiable thirst for curiosity. Its product is unique, unusual, and distinctive—rarely encountered in the northern part of the continent. These exceptional qualities ignited the curiosity that inspired the brand’s creation, transforming the extraordinary into a premium experience for those driven by exploration.

The brand distinguishes itself through a vibrant yet harmonious color palette and dynamic graphic compositions that fuse energetic vibrancy with stylized typography, treated as a form of art. To further enrich The Curious Lime’s visual identity, a character was designed to infuse flavor and magic, capturing the product’s captivating essence.

Design Evolution & Strategy

For this identity, we aligned the visual development with the narrative inherent in the name. The brief was to personify the brand as a mythical, detective-like figure, a citrus-world Sherlock Holmes. We explored various iterations of the lemon, ranging from abstract forms to a "watchful eye" concept. Ultimately, we leaned into the vibrant, rich tones of citrus caviar to ground the palette. The final result is a "curious character" whose identity reflects a boundless drive for exploration and discovery.
